Ecolab is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join our team in Lansing MI. As a Brand Protection Advisor, you'll deliver on-site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence. You'll partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, making a measurable impact on public health and customer satisfaction.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to meet the unique expectations and program requirements of the clients and help protect their brand and delight their guests
Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, areas of improvement, and recommendations to client leadership
Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges
Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience
Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient planning and perform essential job functions
Support the growth initiatives of our company and our clients
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while completing operational visits within hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, the education sector, healthcare and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $49,800-$74,600. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Required Experience
* Commercial/Industrial construction experience or any construction safety experience will be looked upon favorably but is not required.
* Experience in automotive or commercial roofing will be looked upon favorably.

Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Safety and Security Coordinator, is responsible for developing, implementing and promoting CMHA-CEI's safety initiatives. These initiatives include building and maintaining an Agency-wide culture of safety through education and adherence to organizational policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Supports the Safety and Security Coordinator with systems administration on the Agency Camera and Card Access systems. Proactively addresses safety measures to mitigate risk. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI's mission, policies and procedures.
Requirements: Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in safety management assignments in a Healthcare setting is required. Minimum of 2 years' experience with corporate safety, OSHA (OSHA) record keeping, and general construction safety is required. Extensive knowledge of Federal and State regulations-specific OSHA regulations is required. Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time is required. Must be able to work effectively within the agency's multiple locations throughout Clinton, Eaton and Ingham Counties is required. Possession of a valid Michigan driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use is required.
