Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS leadership role within a manufacturing environment. OSHA 30 Certification required. Forklift Operator and Trainer Certification preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations, including VPP Certification requirements. Strong understanding of industrial machinery, automation systems, and related safety controls. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital EHS reporting tools. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proven success in building and sustaining a positive safety culture across multiple facilities.
