Issues reports to field superintendent and project management staff detailing hazards and abatement techniques. Follows-up with the superintendent to ensure safety issues were abated in a timely manner. • May develop and implement training strategies and processes to support training objectives. • May partner with leadership to develop needs assessments, gap analyses and strategic training plans. • May analyze training needs to develop new and improve existing training programs. • May develop effective training methods such as digital learning, classroom, skill qualifications, and on-the-job training. • May assist with identifying and implementing technologies to enhance effective learning experiences. • May monitor company safety metrics and identify areas for training improvement and intervention. • May provide in-person and virtual training sessions and ensure training record retention. • Leads, supports and promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn.
