Represent the company on environmental protection concerns and interface with regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
Minimum CHST BCSP Certification.
Minimum OSHA 510.
Relevant scope and team management experience.
First Aid, Narcan, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and AED training.
Emergency procedures training.
NFPA 70E and LOTO competency and experience.
Mental Health First Aid Training.
Must obtain a minimum of OSHA 10-hour within 30 days of starting work at the project site.
Minimum 5 years of construction or maintenance experience in safety or operations.
Extensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with personnel and agencies.
Ability to design and deliver training and safety presentations.
Must have a valid driver's license meeting company requirements.

Position Purpose
This role will ensure the safe and environmentally compliant operation of the facility by providing leadership and technical support and fostering a strong safety culture and maintaining operations with regard to all Federal, State, Local and Corporate regulations. Essential Functions
Ensure the facility conforms with all federal, state, and local regulations and permits, including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, IDNR, NPDES, City of Nevada, FCC, FRA, DOT
Develop strategic direction for EHS initiatives to mitigate associated risks, then identify, prioritize, and implement.
Own the overall EHS management system structure for compliance assurance, including reporting needs along with integrating all compliance tools into plant operations.
Ensure timely and complete environmental testing, sampling and reporting per permit requirements, i.e., stormwater, wastewater, stack testing, excess emissions.
Maintain positive, proactive relationships with all regulatory agency contacts creating ease of communications and a positive view of the plant by regulators.
Assist production, engineering, and maintenance staff to ensure all new or modified equipment meets safety and environmental requirements including permitting needs.
Ensure training systems are in place to provide the proper platform to promote EHS standards within employees, contractors, and visitors. This includes live and online training and onboarding.
Lead incident investigations for safety and environmental incidents, including root cause analysis when applicable along with action-tracking of corrective/preventative actions.
Work in conjunction with Human Resources to manage workers' compensation claims, as needed.
Complete site safety hazard assessments including PPE, Safe Work permits, hazard communication, new processes, and industrial hygiene needs.
Perform site environmental audits to ensure compliance with environmental permits.
Ensure EHS audits are completed, gaps identified and communicated, and deficiency plans developed and implemented.
Owns and leads the development, upgrade, and implementation of the site EHS Plan including but not limited to the Emergency Action Plan, Facility Response Plan, SWPPP, SPCC and Combustible Dust Programs, CEMS, LDAR.
Own / Assist in the development of the site PSM Program
Execute all internal reporting needs in a timely manner.

This position is an integral part of our Company's Vision, Mission, and Values. The Regional Safety Coordinator's objective is to provide a safe and healthful workplace. They shall administer the WPI Safety Program in a manner that promotes a trusting and team-oriented environment for all workers.
Be and be seen as the single point EHS Contact for the Region/area.
Facilitate Safety and Equipment training in the Region/area.
Facilitate the incident investigation process to ensure root-cause identification, corrective action implementation, and sharing of lessons learned in the Region/area.
Routinely audit all projects in the Region/area.
Ensure 100% compliance to WPI Safety Policies and Procedures.
Foster the Injury Free Environment by developing positive relationships with office staff, project management, Foremen, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and trade workers.
Facilitate implementation of the Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan.
Facilitate the drug and alcohol testing program as required.
Develop, review, and or approve Job Hazard Analysis and Pre-task plans.
Perform and formally document Project safety Audits and drive to resolution any action items noted.
Ensure WPI fully complies with EHS Program, Federal, State, and local regulations.
Publish written reports in a format that is directed by the Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Director.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge. Guide and promote safe work performance on the job sites by visiting the sites and answering questions, providing support in proper tool and PPE selection, and ensuring trade workers understand how to perform the task in a safe manner.
Be proactive in meeting with GC Safety Managers to ensure goals are met for improvement of both companies' safety cultures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess one of the following: a degree in occupational health and safety, or a BCSP certification of CHST, SMS, ASP, or CSP, and a minimum of 3 years working as a construction safety professional.
Must have a thorough understanding of EHS programs, practices, and regulations within the region.
Must develop a general understanding of the business, including our market and clients.
Must be able to identify resources and gather and organize data from multiple sources, including conducting independent research on regulations and procedures.
Ability to prioritize personal workload and recognize priority conflicts and seek guidance for resolution.
Valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
The Regional Safety Coordinator is supervised by the NV-AZ Safety Manager and reports to the Reno Operations Manager.

Safety Representative will be responsible for inspecting, evaluating, reporting, and enforcing safety standards and policies in connection with Allegiant Stadium events.
Essential Functions
Respond to all guest and employee injuries/illnesses during events to ensure:
Documenting & Reporting for all Employee and Guest injuries, near misses, any equipment malfunctions, or safety issues.
Interviewing guests and witnesses and accurately document their statements.
Photographing all relevant items related to the incident investigation.
Reviewing and saving video coverage for all Guest & Employee injuries.
Tagging out or removing from service all damaged equipment.
Conduct visual inspections through the duration of the events of all guests facing areas to ensure compliance with safety practices and policies to include:
All staff are wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (Hearing Protection, Heat Illness Protection, etc.)
All emergency exits, pathways, and stairwells are fully unobstructed and accessible.
All emergency exits are marked, lighted, and clearly defined.
All walking and working surfaces are free from all slip trip & fall hazards, debris, spilled liquids, or any other items that may pose a hazard to guests or employees.
Any electrical hazards are corrected, to include temporary electrical is ran through ADA accessible cable trays, temporary electrical is not utilized for permanent infrastructure, and no exposed wiring exists.
Any combustible and hazardous materials are stored and/or disposed of properly.
All areas are properly illuminated.
All fire Extinguishers are mounted, serviced, tagged, and accessible.
At least 18 inches of clearance is kept between sprinkler heads and stored items, activations, and event set-up.
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
