The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for driving a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with company policies, and meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements from OSHA, EPA, MSHA, and other governing agencies. This role requires frequent travel to operational sites across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico to conduct audits, inspections, evaluations, incident investigations, drug testing, and other health, safety, and environmental activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.") Promote and foster a strong safety culture across all operations. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and relevant federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, MSHA, etc.). Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s). Proficiency in spoken English language. Position requires in-person, predictable attendance. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (required). Candidates with a professional safety certification (CSP, ASP/GSP, CHMM) are strongly preferred. TapRooT™ certification is a strong plus. Minimum 2 years in an HSE support role within the oil and gas, power generation, or heavy industrial sector. Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and investigations.
