Basic Qualifications: * Work experience should include confined spaces, LOTO, work at heights (fall protection) and other HSE life safety programs to support maintenance and construction work practices. * Manage HSE resources based on work schedules and demands, this includes working with HR to complete the necessary requisition and participating in the interview process of candidates. * Work in both indoor and outdoor environments; outdoor environments will include a variety of harsh weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, sleet and snow. * Previous experience conducting HSE training programs to all levels of personnel. * Experience working within the oil and gas/refinery environment would be a plus but not necessary. * A valid driver's license with clean driving record. * Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal, including interpersonal and leadership abilities as well as moderate to advanced computer and presentation skills. * 5+ years of progressive HSE Supervisory or HSE Management experience * Professional certification in a Health, Safety and/or Environmental discipline (CSP or CHMM) preferred but not required. * Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills. * Background in developing and presenting HSE based training programs.
