Essential Skills + Five or more years of experience in a safety role, preferably in construction. + CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385 certifications. + Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and BlueBeam. + Strong verbal communication skills and conflict resolution abilities. + Excellent listening skills and attention to detail in documentation. + Understanding of industry-relevant Spanish. + Security clearance for federal projects. + Valid driver's license.
