The Role: This position works with the Superintendent and Project Manager to administer, direct, and implement compliance with the Corporate Safety and Health policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of Company standard operating procedures and goals for Safety and Health Plan. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age of 16 years. Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the staff. Ability to learn the operation of the facility. Demonstrated supervisory and teaching skills. Knowledge of pool mechanical equipment and related materials. Ability to make minor repairs on pool equipment as needed. Ability to gain a working knowledge of NOVA Parks, its history, organization, rules and regulations. Availability to work additional hours during peak operating season. Working knowledge of computers. Strength and dexterity necessary to perform all required tasks, including lifting, stooping, bending, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
