As a HSE Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within our Process Technology operations. YOU MUST HAVE * 5 or more years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, demonstrating a strong track record in implementing HSE programs. * In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in a manufacturing/industrial environment. * Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HSE management systems and tools. * Experience in incident investigation and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement. WE VALUE * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. * 7 or more years of experience in HSE management within an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels. * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards is a plus. * Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) - Construction We are seeking a SSHO that will facilitate compliance with occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) guidelines, provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations and be on a constant lookout for safety violations. The ideal candidate will be a responsible individual who understands and follows OSHA regulations, be detail-oriented and ready to act in emergencies. A minimum of five (5) years in Dredging or Marine Construction Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) Experience and a minimum of Three (3) years of continuous construction as a SSHO on USACE Marine Construction Projects.
