This position will be responsible for preventing incidents through proactive safety management processes for Aligned Data Center operations and construction expansion projects. This position could be based within the Eastern Ohio region, including locations such as Cleveland, Toledo, Columbus, Sandusky, or Zanesville. The Regional EHS Manager will be required to be on site to support ongoing construction or operations, and travel to the various sites will be required. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but no limited to): Perform site visits, inspections, audits, and reviews to identify EHS management gaps, develop corrective measures, and implement solutions to sustain compliance with EHS law and company EHS strategies, policies, and standards. Leverage key performance indicators to implement continuous improvement actions for data center construction projects and existing operations. In addition, offer additions or corrections to their EHS programs and injury prevention programs (IPP). Participate in and support project related meetings or events, including but not limited to: commissioning meetings, site tours, customer visits/assessments, key high-risk activities, stretch and flex, site safety stand downs, weekly safety meetings, and weekly progress meetings.
