Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Position Summary Leads teams through change and continual improvement to ensure compliance with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC) General Order (GO) 165. Ensures the electric transmission operations system facilities are in compliance with General Orders 95 and 128 through an efficient, compliant execution of GO165 inspections and patrols. This position offers a flexible work location in the southern service area, including the Bay Region, Central Valley Region or South Bay/Central Region. The position is hybrid, and includes supervising employees in the field. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and midpoint listed below. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Bay Area Min: $128,000.00 Bay Area Mid: $173,000.00 Bay Area Max: $218,000.00 &/OR California Min: $122,000.00 California Mid: $164,000.00 California Max $207,000.00 Job Responsibilities * Supervises a team in assigned geographic area to ensure the safe, efficient and timely completion of work. * Supervises staff to accomplish results through effective recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management and rewards & recognition. * Implements work practices that support reduced operating cost. * Works with the Quality Assurance Department when conducting periodic reviews of facility conditions, in preparation for CPUC audits, and in preparing and closing review and audit findings. * Ensures the qualified customer representatives (QCR's) who perform the facility condition assessments and subsequent maintenance are trained, knowledgeable and qualified to perform the assigned tasks. * Supports Electric Program Management in managing the implementation of all required practices. * Tracks and reports work progress to Program Manager(s) for maintenance and compliance with the requirements of General Order (GO) 165 standards. * Ensures work verifications and auditable documentation/records are complete, accurate, and compliant. * Manages capital & expense budget for patrols, inspections, and corrective work. This includes tracking unit cost, productivity, minor work, and fleet management. Ensures level of resources support the patrol and inspection workload for assigned area. * Reviews, approves and signs off on completed work documentation and overall work progress. Ensures communication of updated information from inspections to the Mapping department. * Supervise bargaining unit and non-bargaining unit employees. * Integrates GO 165 in the work/document verification process. * Interfaces with customers on sensitive issues surrounding inspections, such as gaining access to a customer's property. The Food Safety Manager will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the food safety management system for the facility. This role ensures that all products manufactured, packed or distributed by Vita-Pakt meet applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations for safety and quality. The incumbent will foster a strong food-safety culture, manage risk proactively, and coordinate across operations, quality, supply chain, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain food safety policies, procedures and programmes (e.g., HACCP, GMP, allergen controls, sanitation). Lead and coordinate food safety risk assessments and hazard analyses; identify critical control points and ensure monitoring, verification and corrective action systems are in place. SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION Monday- Friday, typical 8am-4:30 (varies on distribution center & safety needs), Full-Time, Exempt ONSITE - Fresno, CA Salaried $60,500 - $72,600 (negotiable, based on experience) WHAT YOU WILL DO * Maintains thorough working knowledge of S&S Activewear policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and company safety guidelines to ensure injuries are prevented and regulatory requirements are adhered to. * Maintain and analyze safety data for trends, deficiencies, or improvements and formulate a plan to address and communicate with leadership. * Perform and review incident investigations for all incidents and near misses. * Review and manage workers compensation case management. * Perform documented safety inspections and safety observations. * Provide comprehensive safety training to new and existing employees, including refresher training and re-training upon accidents, to ensure ongoing safety awareness and adherence to standards. * Communicate with Management, Safety Team and all employees up to date with changes in safety regulations and programs. * Assist Operations with improvement projects by researching requirements, suggesting options, obtaining proposals, and evaluating safety compliance. * Implement safety plans and programs while ensuring that they are being followed and consistently enforcing the safe behaviors and making sure they are being recognized. * Implement, enforce, and oversee 6S in all areas of the warehouse. * Develop action plans for safety initiatives, coordinate safety committee team, perform follow up on these items and communicate to management. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Business Administration or related field is preferred. * Graduate Safety Professional (GSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) is preferred. * 3-5 years of experience in warehouse environment. * Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability. * Strong knowledge of Safety Rules & Regulations. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * 6S Knowledge preferred. * Proven basic trainer/facilitator skills and the ability to create training curriculum, conduct training sessions, and instruct safety classes. * Leadership skills, such as the ability to motivate a team and provide feedback. * Ability to work independently with little supervision - self-directed. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required. WORKING ENVIRONMENT * The job will be performed entirely in the S&S Activewear warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. * The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise. Qualifications • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in safety, environmental health, or related field preferred. • 3+ years in safety or field operations; HVAC or construction industry experience a plus.
