Submits evaluations to senior management for use in performance appraisals. Ensures company developed loss reduction strategies, policies and procedures are implemented in the facilities and makes recommendations for better adherence to those policies and procedures. Completes timely and robust injury reporting procedures and follows up with TJX Workers Compensation team, General Liability team and Insurance carriers. Monitors execution of all injury and illness reviews with senior and facility level leadership and leads correction of non-compliance. Special projects as assigned. Who We Are Looking For: You.
