Education, Experience & Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
* The ability to read, write and speak English.
* Current OSHA 500 authorized trainer.
* Current American Red Cross Instructor.
Travel:
This position requires travel up to 35%. Fessler & Bowman will compensate for travel when applicable.

Job Description: Global Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Manager
Key Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
Assist global plant EHSS teams to:
Foster an EHSS culture and include sustainability objectives into existing business processes.
Track and trend key EHSS KPIs and provide data to drive progress on initiatives and decision making.
Ensure compliance with all EHSS regulations, keeping abreast of any changes to laws and regulations which impact on the organization.
Develop, update, and manage workplace EHSS policies, procedures, and programs.
Prepare for ISO certification (14001, 45001, 50001) and/or ISO audits.
Support EHSS topics in IATF audits.
Gather and consolidate global EHSS records and data.
Develop and maintain relationships with global manufacturing facilities.
Promote a proactive, global safety culture.
Drive global sustainability initiatives to completion.
Collaborate with plant EHSS team members, leadership, and other departments to integrate EHSS practices into daily operations and decision-making processes.
Effectively influence and motivate individuals without direct authority by building strong relationships, fostering trust, and clearly communicating shared goals to achieve collaborative success.
Participate in local safety committee activities and develop a forum to connect with the global safety organization.
Provide guidance to the Purchasing and Supplier Development Teams on EHSS topics related to the supply chain, including relevant regulations, laws, and customer-specific requirements.
Ensure global EHSS program alignment to Neapco's strategy, vision, mission, and values.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of sustainability laws & compliance, environmental regulations, and industrial health and safety.
Knowledge of General Industry regulations (OSHA, MIOSHA, ANSI, NIOSH, EPA, etc.).

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field with an Environmental, Health & Safety focus strongly preferred.
At least 7 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
At least 3 years of experience in management level
Professional accreditation/certification related to environmental, health & safety, and/or sustainability (OSHA, ISO or other).
Experience working in a union environment is preferred
