What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants, visitors, and staff. Complete required documentation and incident reports as needed, following Allied Universal guidelines. Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives to maintain a secure environment. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
