MULTI-SITE HSE MANAGER Develop, coordinate, and implement corporate/plant health, safety and environmental programs - HS&E: Provide technical safety and health support and information to production and corporate personnel. Prepare written safety and health programs and policies. Identify company safety training needs and develop and coordinate safety training programs. Participate in new product/process reviews including process hazard analyses, Operator Training, etc. Support corporate/plant engineering to implement engineering controls to minimize safety and occupational health hazards. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in occupational health, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field preferred. · 5+ years of experience in EH&S, preferably in the construction, HVAC, or mechanical contracting industries. · Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety regulations and standards. · Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and drive a culture of safety across diverse teams. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Ability to train and influence employees at all levels of the organization. · Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician), Etc. · Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed, up to 50% of the time Competencies: · Safety Management · Risk Assessment & Mitigation · Strong Communication & Leadership · Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking · Training & Development · Regulatory Compliance Physical Requirements: · Ability to walk job sites, including uneven terrain, and climb stairs/ladders as needed. · Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs. · Work in varying conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, noise, and hazardous environments, with proper safety gear provided.
