This individual will be responsible for assuring the effective and efficient coordination of department functions including pre-placement physicals, medical surveillance, work injury care, exposure follow up, and other staff-related health and safety programs. This position is responsible for the development of and adherence to department budgets and is accountable for process improvement strategies. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Clinical Operations: The Internal Occupational Health Manager is accountable for effective and efficient operations of the Internal Occupational Health Department(s) throughout the healthcare system working within multiple clinical environments and diverse staff cultures.
