Key Responsibilities: Process Safety Management (PSM) Help develop and maintain OSHA Process Safety Management (29 CFR 1910.119) programs, as applicable. Participate in or lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), including HAZOPs, What-If analyses, and LOPA studies. Support Management of Change (MOC) reviews to ensure safety risks are identified and controlled prior to implementation. Maintain process safety documentation, including: Process safety information Operating procedures Mechanical integrity records Chemical Hazard & Risk Management Evaluate risks associated with flammable, toxic, corrosive, and reactive chemicals. Support safe storage, handling, and transfer of hazardous materials. Partner with engineering teams on equipment design, safeguards, and interlocks.
