POSITION SUMMARY As the Site Safety Representative, you will provide consultation and directions to field teams to ensure company programs and initiatives are implemented with the highest environmental, health, and safety standards. Ensures Cleveland Construction EH&S policies and procedures are followed on the site to create the expected safety culture. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform safety audits of the job sites to ensure compliance to all Corporate, Site-Specific as well as all Federal, State and Local requirements. * Investigate all safety hazards and work closely with management at all levels to resolve any safety issues. * Function as part of the jobsite management team to promote a culture of safety, quality and production. * Ensure that all recommendations for safety improvements are made in a timely manner. * Complete and submit all safety documentation as required. * Drive and instill a group culture of safety that embraces continuous improvement. * Review documentation of Near Misses, First Aid, and Recordable Injuries - develop and enhance trainings to ensure all Near Misses/First Aids do not turn into future recordables. What you will do: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, material availability, and production capacity, with a paramount focus on safety considerations. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to workplace safety principles and practices. Proficiency in using production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to support production demands.
