The Driver Safety Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of the company's drivers and fleet operations. Job Responsibilities
Create and execute comprehensive driver safety initiatives to enhance overall fleet performance.
Regularly review and update safety policies to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Ensure strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Transportation, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in fleet safety management or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Certification in fleet safety (e.g., CDS, NATMI) is a plus.
Leadership and coaching abilities to foster a strong safety culture.
Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools.

•Knowledge of Safety and Loss Prevention programs required, knowledge of same within the Chemical industry strongly preferred
•Thorough knowledge and application of the EPA, OSHA, and Kentucky regulations. DOT a plus
