Responsibilities
Conduct daily construction site safety inspections and document findings.
Prepare and distribute weekly jobsite safety audits with corrective recommendations.
Support field leadership with incident, injury, and near-miss investigations.
Verify each project is equipped with proper PPE, first aid, and safety apparatus.
Lead and promote company-wide safety initiatives and training programs.
Conduct or assist with in-house safety training covering fall protection, MEWP operation, heat stress prevention, and tool safety.
Maintain and organize all project safety documentation, including site-specific safety plans, OSHA logs, and training records.
Attend client and general contractor safety meetings, representing the company in a professional manner.
Partner with project managers and field teams to ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and internal safety standards.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Safety Coordinator on major construction projects.
OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED, and NFPA 70E Qualified - Required.
OSHA 510 certification and bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) - Preferred.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926/1910, ANSI, and NFPA 70E.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety database systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Ability to train and motivate field personnel effectively.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $45,000-$67,400. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience with, and considerable knowledge and implementation of engineering principles of hydrology, hydraulics, soils, foundations, dam design, construction and maintenance, and the development and review of dam breach parameters.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $45,000-$67,400. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Responsibilities
* Oversee and ensure the safety of employees, subcontractors, and general public.
* Enforce corporate and project specific safety and health programs as well as federal, state, and local safety standards.
* Assist in development and coordination of project specific safety program.
* Identify known/potential exposures and recommend corrective action.
* Report project specific safety performance and future plans.
* Assist with maintaining and managing all required training
* Develop, coordinate, and implement overall project specific safety program
* Work closely with field supervision to plan more complex safety aspects of the project construction including critical lifts, hazardous material handling, etc.
* Develop project specific safety training for jobsite personnel including subcontractors.
* Coordinate third party safety reviews including OSHA.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree in safety and health or related discipline
* 5+ years relevant construction safety experience.
* BCSP Construction Health Safety Technician (CHST) or BCSP Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred
* OSHA 30-hour training
* Able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline driven environment.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
* Proof of training/competency in managing crane, fall protection, excavation, and heavy equipment safety.

Assists in radioactive shipment preparation.

Ensures that monitored activities are performed in accord with the ALARA philosophy and procedures.
Generates thorough, accurate, and timely radiological survey and analysis documents.
Correctly select, test, and operate surveillance instrumentation.
Correctly post and control various areas requiring radiological controls.
May provide efficiency checks of survey instruments and laboratory equipment.
May assist in calibration/maintenance of survey instruments and laboratory equipment.
Monitors the transfer of material, equipment, and personnel across radiological control boundaries.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $21.50 - $28.10 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
