Develop, execute, and maintain EH&S strategies, programs, and procedures to achieve a best-in-class safety organization. Investigate workplace incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Manage hazardous materials programs, including maintaining and updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Coordinate with the Training Team to deliver mandatory and proactive EH&S training. Provide technical expertise and guidance on industrial hygiene, safety systems, and environmental compliance. Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and changing regulatory requirements. Support harmonization of EHS programs across facilities, including respiratory protection, fall hazard prevention, emergency response, and hazardous communication. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS leadership role within a manufacturing environment. OSHA 30 Certification required. Forklift Operator and Trainer Certification preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations, including VPP Certification requirements. Strong understanding of industrial machinery, automation systems, and related safety controls. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital EHS reporting tools. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proven success in building and sustaining a positive safety culture across multiple facilities.
