Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in coordinating the setting up and striking of all U.S. Bank Stadium events including, but not limited to, NFL Football games, NCAA and High School baseball, concerts, dirt shows, exhibition shows, conventions and other event related set-up needs in and adjacent to the stadium Work with Event Managers / Coordinators to support event needs Work with both management and crew directly as well as being a liaison between them Process and track department purchases and budgets Coordinate details with vendors and suppliers to ensure documents, contracts, and tracking are in place.
