The Site Safety Manager (SSM) for this large-scale data center construction project will be responsible for overseeing all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities on-site. As the client's representative, the SSM will ensure that safety regulations and the owner's expectations are met while maintaining a collaborative relationship with general contractors. Key Responsibilities: Routinely monitor and assess the safety performance of all general contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations, contract specifications, and client expectations. Identify and address any safety gaps or non-compliance issues swiftly. Provide timely, accurate EHS performance data to the construction management team, including incident tracking, trends, KPIs, and other relevant metrics. An associate#s degree in a health-related field is#preferred. Experience: Must have experience in car seat installation, as demonstrated by recent participation in car seat installation events and current certification. Specialized Training: Car seat installation through a certified course is required. Certification/Licensure: Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician is required and must be maintained.
