Position Overview:
Strive Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Specialist to support and enhance our workplace safety culture. This role focuses on implementing safety initiatives to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will proactively implement safety programs, conduct training, and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and general workplace safety procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to conduct engaging and effective safety training sessions.
Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve safety concerns.
OSHA 30 certification required.

The Safety Coordinator's role will support the Safety Team in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of EHS functions and initiatives company-wide, both locally and remote.
