Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, safety management, or other relevant technical field is required and seven (7) or more years of experience in chemical manufacturing, or similar industry. Knowledgeable of process safety management as defined by 29 CFR 1910.119 OSHA PSM and 40 CFR Part 68 EPA RMP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge with industry standards and recommended practices (API, NFPA, ASME, etc). Experience with risk management including Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Risk Ranking and Reduction techniques. Experience using process hazard analysis software.
