You will contribute by:
+ Auditing all operations to ensure compliance with third-party audit requirements and customer food safety programs. Escalating unresolved issues and driving improvement through corrective action follow-up.
+ Providing facilities with support to ensure compliance with all FDA and customer audit requirements. Assisting facility management in reviewing compliance, implementing corrective actions, and supporting leadership during internal and external audits.
+ Implementing the corporate Food Safety Management System, including documentation control and adherence to all regulatory requirements set by the FDA and customers. Ensuring HACCP plan development, allergen management, documentation, and controls are in place across all facilities and conducting audits for compliance.
+ Coordinating with local pest control professionals to support and execute C&S Pest Control and Master Sanitation programs.
+ Supporting the integration and enforcement of food security requirements in alignment with FDA and customer guidelines.
+ Assisting the Corporate Food Safety Department and company facilities in developing food safety, biosecurity, regulatory, and quality initiatives to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
+ Aiding in the implementation, modification, and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs) for warehouse and manufacturing operations.
