Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. 8-10 years of progressive experience in EHS management within a production or industrial setting. Proven knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations and compliance strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders. Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). We are seeking a Trainer/Instructor to deliver heavy equipment certification and safety training to our customers. You will assess learners, develop training materials, and work with customer safety departments to ensure operator competency and compliance. This role requires both classroom teaching and hands on evaluation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluate Learners - Assess both theory and practical skills. Create training agendas, exams, course manuals, and presentations. Provide hands on equipment safety training and support. Deliver and facilitate training programs for: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Forklift Certification and Safety, Overhead Crane Certification and Safety, Aerial Lift (MEWP) Certification and Safety, Bloodborne Pathogen, Electrical Hazards Awareness, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Slips, Trips, and Fall Prevention, Personal Protective Equipment, Fire Prevention, Heat/Cold Stress, Industrial Ergonomics, Hand and Power Tool Safety, DOT/Driver Safety Help with course content and safety-related questions. Work with our internal Safety Department and company leadership to address safety concerns.
