As a Senior HSE Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated HSE and administrative professionals, providing them with supervision, mentorship, and positive motivation, driving employee performance and development. You and your staff will work on problems of technical and legal scope requiring critical thinking and interaction with internal and external technical professionals along with individuals representing official agencies. You will be considered a primary subject matter expert on all HSE topics. This is a geographically flexible position in the U.S with up to 50% anticipated travel.

What You'll Do

2. 3+ years' experience performing safety program administration duties in a manufacturing facility, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
3. Must have knowledge of state and federal OHSA requirements, EPA preferred.
4. Excellent communication, organizational and advisory skills.
5. Bilingual - English/Spanish skills are preferred.

**Job Summary**
Entry Level role responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's Safety and Health Procedures. The position performs first aid treatment and routine, less complex tasks as assigned.

The Assistant Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and health of all personnel at the MPCI job sites. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in health and safety, Environmental Health, or related field required.
