Safety Program Manager The TEC/NEC/CES Safety Program Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, communication, and maintenance of all health, safety and environmental (HSE) programs. He or she provides direction on all HSE decisions which are critical to overall corporate objectives, operations, and profitability. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Criminal Justice, or related field required. Masters degree is preferred. 10+ years of experience in Occupational Safety, required; as well as asset protection, and complex investigations. Experience within the corporate, distribution, warehousing, and/or logistics industry is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with Injury Prevention Programs. Experience with OSHA regulations and enforcement.
