Work cooperatively with the Training Center Director, regulatory authorities, law enforcement officials, students, customers, and American Red Cross to investigate and correct any situation that endangers the goodwill associated with ARC, its brands, American Red Cross training programs, approved Training Centers, and Authorized Instructors and Instructor Trainers. Provide reasonable accommodation to all persons with disabilities who seek access to American Red Cross training. Maintain participant level certification for BLS and BFA. The evaluation must be conducted by a different Authorized Instructor or Instructor Trainer and be properly documented by submitting a Class Roster.
