the benefits as far as medical.

little to no fulltime positions, making the pay subpar. management is more focused on appearance than actually being stocked for customer. management keeps everyone in the dark, no clear position expectations. no yearly reviews so you don't know where you stand. getting rid of positions and blaming workers when the job isn't getting done. store manager flat out lies about what is and isn't , zero concern for mental health or work life balance. these people have no idea how to run a store, main focus is bonuses and themselves. so much more.

the only perk there is, some of the employees are genuine and authentic. nut the ones with seniority are completely entitled, and lazy.

I don't care at all for the ceo, he is completely absent from the store level view.

stop favoritism, get decent directors and management in the stores, and actually do as thee company says.. diversity and inclusion. the company is extremely false when it comes to these statements.

I just applied and called me and that was it. there was 0 on the floor training. when it comes to schedules 0 concern for anyone having a life can't schedule for a successful shit always set up to fail. no joke.

I went into this store loving what I do ..get very excited to see the work load ahead, it was challenging to me. I actually cry getting ready for work. makes me sick. nothing brings me joy any more, it has taken any work life balance and cut it. all I do is sleep and work now.

it's okay.

my compensation would be great if I had anything close to the same schedule every week. but I can go from 17 hours to 35 hours to 20. it's pathetic. part time employees can't get a regular schedule with 2 days off in a row. because they are with incompetent or just don't give a damn about employees. sickening.
