Publish audit report outlining non-conformities, opportunities for improvement, and work closely with suppliers to plan and implement appropriate timely corrective actions. • Track supplier's performance indicators, based on scorecards and rankings, to facilitate and develop the supply base's ability to consistently meet or exceed defined expectations. • Actively support supply chain cost reduction projects in leading APQP process with suppliers, manufacturing facilities and engineering for on time production part approval process (PPAP) submission approval. • Assist in driving supplier selection through robust qualification processes • Assess new and existing supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity and fulfillment ensuring suppliers are able to meet requirements for performance, quality, cost and delivery of components and requirements for AS9100. • Deploy Safran Cabin, Inc. quality processes, tools and metrics globally. Includes identification, training, reporting, and continuous improvement of processes, tools and metrics. • Develop positive relationships and work closely with sourcing leaders to manage, implement and track supplier/engineering, design changes, capacity studies & new product introductions & transfers. • Educate suppliers in Safran Cabin supplier performance expectations. Educate suppliers in Safran Cabin internal processes to achieve optimal alignment with Safran Cabin manufacturing plants, engineering centers & supply chain organization. • Provide leadership during investigations of major problems & or special projects focusing on developing working relationships with suppliers & the supply chain with regard to product development & procurement of parts. • Lead internal 8D problem solving team related to defective purchase components. Position Summary: This role will grow Ecommerce revenue for HARMAN's B2C business channels i.e. JBL.com, HarmanKardon.com, AKG.com, InfinitySpeakers.com, Harmanaudio.com and various marketplaces. The successful candidate will optimize all online marketing channel efforts to minimize cost and improve ROI. The Manager, Ecommerce Marketing will improve qualified traffic to the sites by applying best in class customer acquisition strategies and own customer acquisition, retention and repeat purchases on our B2C direct ecommerce channels. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will have one direct report. Job Responsibilities: Strategize and execute E-Commerce marketing and acquisition efforts based on our brand target audience in alignment with regional Ecommerce sales goals. Be the resident expert of Ecommerce Marketing. Own online marketing strategies, tactical execution and analytics for all online marketing channels including but not limited to: SEM, programmatic advertising, retargeting, SEO, influencer marketing, email marketing, digital CRM which includes customer journey mapping and engagement, loyalty/retention, paid-social advertising, affiliate marketing and more. Work cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, finance, inventory forecast team, branding & content team, social and influencer teams, digital CRM team, advertising and creative agencies to improve site conversion and sales, reduce cost, improve brand perception and maximize ROI and profitability. Closely monitor and meticulously analyze advertising performance against traffic, continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing sales growth to both self-run advertising efforts as well as agency-run efforts. Manage day-to-day relationship with digital marketing agencies, publishers and other technology partners to delivery on business goals. Manage E-Commerce marketing budgets, including setting budget spend priorities and performance KPIs, as well as maintaining and reporting the same along with overall results against plan. Collaborate with sales team to recommend promotional plans. Plan and execute paid marketing efforts on marketplaces i.e. Ebay and other marketplaces as they are added in the future i.e. Amazon, Walmart. Work with merchandising team to implement & monitor A/B tests on the site to improve conversions. Stay up to date with industry best practices, up and coming marketing channels, and competitive analysis. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's in business administration, eCommerce, Marketing or related field 5+ years in eCommerce/digital B2C marketing, preferably in a Consumer Electronics industry Knowledge of the digital ecosystem, online marketing tactics & how eCommerce, web, mobile, social, search and channels work together to optimize behavior and acquisition Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and third-party digital marketing applications Proven success in the ability to lead, build, develop, and scale new revenue growth opportunities Problem solver with results-driven approach and collaborative style Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on copywriting Experience with Amazon advertising (with AMS, AAP, AMG program) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong business and financial acumen Strong attention to detail, strong analytical abilities and project management skills Experience working as part of a cross functional team Deep understanding of Google Analytics, SEO experience Eligibility Requirements: Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
