Qualification Standards
Scaffold building experience and a certificate in high reach equipment and sky climbers are required. Must have Scaffold Competent Personal Training. Must have the ability to determine the amount and type of materials needed for constructing scaffolds. Must have the ability to pass mechanical reasoning. Perform escalation to management if actions are unable to achieve specification.

Using the measurements of the product parameters to understand if the process is within the specification.
Perform chocolate changeovers.
