Creating individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring implementation and providing feedback as necessary. The Behavior Analyst will provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed. Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate for the learner. Supervision Capturing and contriving opportunities to teach staff and learners in the natural environment and trains others to do the same. Participating in parent meetings, treatment meetings, stakeholder meetings, trainings and other meetings as needed. Supporting initial training alongside the training team, assisting with ongoing training with a focus on retaining and supporting behavior technicians. Developing and retaining staff through performance reviews, discipline, development activities and formal and informal training in accordance with Hope Network's Employee Handbook and BACB guidelines. The Youth Treatment Specialist 3rd shift works overnight ensuring all youth and staff are safe and following nighttime procedures. Valid driver's license, automobile, and insurance sufficient to meet agency requirements. Has contact with a wide variety of individuals including clients and family members, other program staff, vendors, and other collateral contacts, neighbors, funders, Milwaukee County Delinquency & Court Services Division (DCSD), Children's Court officials, MPS staff and administrators, staff of youth serving agencies and the general public. The Center is licensed under DCF 52 to provide a Type II residential treatment facility for 24 youth (ages 12-17).
