We are looking for a high energy, proactive Customer Success Consultant to join our Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Consultant is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to support them to fully utilize their product. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage through Outbound calls to connect clients on our solutions to increase retention and adoption of their solutions.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer key stakeholders and executive sponsors such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer's business case and business strategy, allowing the full potential of their solution to be realized.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and leverage it to provide relevant adoption and technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements customized to customers' business needs.
- Work with customers to ensure that they gain the full value of their Sage solutions by defining the desired business outcomes and build a Customer Success Plan with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve them.
- Be accountable for driving high usage of products and services through the execution of an Adoption Plan utilizing customer telemetry data to proactively intervene and manage churn risk.
- Serve as the customer advocate to ensure that actionable feedback is passed to the internal teams that need to be taken to help make our customers successful e.g. proposition, product, service, sales, etc.
- Support and enhance the interlock with relevant departments/colleagues e.g. Direct Sales, PMM, Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales Operations.
- Follow up with Net Promoter customers to help improve product usage and adoption.
- Be proactive to generate ideas driving innovation that will ultimately increase customer engagement and revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Share product knowledge and best practices through peer mentoring/trainings, customer-facing webinars, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer success, pre/post sales and/or customer service in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with small or mid-market clients and/or accountants promoting value through customer experience while maintaining high standards of customer service and delivering on KPIs
- Enthusiastic and caring about clients' needs, wants, and challenges nature willing to go above and beyond to empower businesses for success

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Growth Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, revenue planning, and partner enablement for our Sage Supply Chain Intelligence (SSCI) and Sage Distribution & Manufacturing Operations (SDMO) software Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channel. This channel is a critical growth engine, expanding our reach into mid-market organizations that match our ideal customer profile (ICP) and require scalable, cloud-based ERP and financial solutions.
As the portfolio grows, complexity increases in aligning channel sales, partner marketing, and product teams to achieve predictable revenue growth. In this role, you will drive focused execution, ensure robust forecasting, and strengthen collaboration with key VAR partners, expanding market share and maximizing customer lifetime value.
This is a Hybrid role based on-site 3 days per week in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for the VAR channel, ensuring alignment with ICP and long-range growth objectives.
- Own revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting for the VAR channel. Partner closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Channel Sales to surface risks, identify opportunities, and drive timely course corrections.
- Build and maintain an actionable ICP-driven growth framework to help VARs target, acquire, and expand high-fit accounts.
- Design and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, co-selling motions, and co-marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline generation and deal velocity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve execution blockers and ensure VARs have clear messaging, sales plays, and product positioning that differentiate Sage SSCI and SDMO in the market.
- Serve as the strategic advisor to the VP of VAR Channel and Regional Partner Managers on annual planning, territory strategy, partner health reviews, and business development initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and insights to enhance decision-making, forecast accuracy, and partner accountability.
- Represent the SSCI and SDMO VAR channel in business reviews with senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations and performance insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Channel GTM Strategy, Partner Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related experience
- Deep expertise in selling through Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
- Previous experience in a SaaS company is required, ideally within an ERP, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing/Distribution technology environment.
- Demonstrated success growing revenue through value-added reseller partnerships and aligning channel efforts to an established ICP.
- Strong understanding of Sage SSCI and SDMO markets, mid-market buyer personas, and the commercial levers that drive channel success.
- Pipeline forecasting, revenue planning, and QBR frameworks that improve execution and accountability.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth strategies.
