Job Overview
Responds in a professional and courteous manner to telephone inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information by providing accurate and timely information and service. Use selling techniques to make reservations that support the properties selling strategies. Maximizes yield opportunities and meets revenue goals, as established by leadership.
Responsibilities
+ Responds to telephone inquiries and reservation requests by explaining product, amenities and service options in order to sell rooms.
+ Gathers needed information from customer in order to confirm reservation.
+ Negotiates rates and upsells rooms in order to increase occupancy and maximize revenues.
+ Promotes the hotel and its services in order to capture customers and increase revenues.
+ Operates reservations system by entering and accessing data in order to provide callers with accurate information.
+ Duties will include manual and computerized skills and completion of daily checklist functions.
+ Provides accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized reports on daily and monthly room reservation information in order to assist management with forecasting, tracking and staffing.
+ Enters all special room requests into computer system and alerts front desk staff of special requests in order to ensure department follow-through and guest's satisfaction.
+ Keeps up-to-date on all local and hotel functions and services in order to efficiently respond to telephone inquiries.
+ Inputs group and tour reservations as they are received from the sales department in order to best utilize hotel facility and maximize revenues.
+ Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
+ Manages resources including franchise systems, yield systems and tracking systems.
Qualifications
Education/Formal Training
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
No previous experience required.
Knowledge/Skills
+ Must have basic customer service skills and PC operation.
+ Must be extremely adept communicator and fluent in oral and written English.
+ Must have ability to detect and trace computer and manual errors when reviewing reservations data for report preparation.
+ Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with demanding customers.
+ Must be able to memorize facts and figures.
+ Must be organized and display patience when handling more than one call at a time.
+ Must be friendly, enthusiastic and helpful.

What You'll Do
Ensure guests receive clean and spotless china, silverware, and glassware. Provide Cooks, Bussers, Bartenders, and Servers with support and assistance. Keep all areas clean, dry, and safe for other workers, all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way.

Overview
Perform protective, preventative, safety, and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all hotel guests, associates, and vendors. Implements and monitors all related SOP's, Mission Vision, and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, and threats.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Spend majority of shift on foot patrol, walking, climbing stairs of the interior and perimeter of the hotel to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions. Requires verbal communication using pager and two-way radio, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Maintain order in the hotel, dealing with the welfare of guests, and assisting with door lock problems. Coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire, fire or safety hazards and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational and persuasive manner.
Handle undesired conduct and potential violations of hotel policy as warranted for the security and safety of hotel guests, associates, patrons, and property. Requires grasping, lifting and or carrying or otherwise moving persons, packages, luggage, wheelchairs, and safety equipment using manual dexterity of hands.
Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting, or loitering around building. Conduct walk through observations of entire hotel. Promote safe work practices.
Answer security telephone and safety hotline calls and respond in a timely manner based on priority.
Observe the security monitors for any unusual activity and in the case of suspicious behavior report directly, via radio, to the supervisor on duty; report any alarms similarly.
Memorize and monitor life safety system installed at property including layout of entire building, alarm pull stations, location of fire extinguisher and sprinklers.

Overview
The Rooms Manager-in-Training Program is a fast track career development opportunity for recent college graduates. The Rooms MIT will spend 12 months immersing themselves in both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. **What You'll Do**
Provide the support, financial knowledge, and expertise as a key business manager of the company to assist all levels of management in providing hospitality service of the highest quality to guests worldwide. Assist the General Managers (GMs) in achieving established business goals. Direct the accounting and control functions at the property, while ensuring timely reporting of operating results and maintain the integrity of the management information system.

+ Continuously monitor economic, social, and governmental trends and policies to ensure that management is kept fully apprised of any implications that may affect the performance of the hotel or restaurant in meeting its financial objectives.
**What You Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Studies is required, Master's degree and/or CPA is a plus.
+ 2 to 3 years of Director level experience in hospitality finance is preferred.
+ Well organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
+ Experience with PeopleSoft or similar accounting package, Outlook soft/BPC is preferred.

Overview
Supervise the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities and administer the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state, and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* A complete understanding of all building related systems - Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Life Safety, IT, etc.
* A complete understanding of all building related equipment - HVACandR, Kitchen, Laundry, Pool, etc.
* Follows company preventative maintenance procedures and guidelines for guestrooms, equipment, public space, grounds, landscaping, and building envelop, etc.
* Maintains engineering related check book accounting procedures to ensure department operates with-in budgeted guidelines while maintaining required stock of supplies and materials.
* Effectively interview, supervise, train, manage performance, assign tasks and follows-up with engineering staff to ensure maximum productivity.
* Maintains accurate records and filing system to support RandM Budget, PM Programs, Capital Budget, Capital Projects, Life Safety Systems and Inspections, etc.
* Maintains all Engineering Spaces in a safe, clean, organized, energy efficient manner.
* Tours hotel complex daily identifying items requiring engineering, housekeeping or other departmental actions.

What You'll Do
Provide guests with quality customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of all menu items. Serve food and beverages to guests in a punctual, courteous, efficient and accurate manner. What You'll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
