Sage has a successful past and solid customer base. Then Alvest come along and blew up the management. They bring in a lightweight puppet CEO and in a few years Sage is nothing like it used to be. Customers have noticed. Employees have noticed. Our competitors have noticed. We do nothing consistently. A new South Carolina facility is opened and then run badly by this new under qualified management. CEO has weakened the infrastructure instead of strengthening it. He made it about placating his limited view on the business. He never pushes back on alvest, an international company who never understood the complexity of the US market and GSE industry. The real tragedy is that this spineless company had solid people with years of experience. This is key in our business. Not anymore. Now they hire underpaid and under qualified people who don’t understand the customers or the business. Its embarrassing and sad to watch.
Good opportunity if you know nothing about the Ground Support industry.
