Market Leadership:
Provide formal and informal education opportunities with physicians, physician office staff, hospital social workers/discharge planners/patient unit staff, nursing home staff and staff in community agencies.
Collect and analyze data of referral patterns from all referral sources, to include physicians, social workers, discharge planners, hospital vs community physicians and SNFs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the community's health care market, competition, consumer demands and governmental policies which influence the agency's outreach goals and access for patients/families
Act as the face of the organization in the local market, promoting brand awareness and trust.

Skills and Experience Required

Additional Information

Job Summary
As an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations Specialist you will work independently and alongside your teammates to ensure a safe and positive experience for our riders, Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs), and customers by coordinating daily logistics as well as supporting our Autonomous Vehicles during operations. In Grand Rapids, May Mobility is a part of the go MARTI (Minnesota's Advanced Rural Transit Innovations) project. go MARTI began as an ambitious pilot in 2022 to test autonomous, on-demand microtransit in rural Minnesota's challenging winter conditions. After delivering over 25,000 rides and earning strong community support, the project has evolved and expanded its service. The mission of the project is to provide safe, innovative transportation options designed to support a wide range of mobility needs while helping residents and visitors reach key destinations in northern Minnesota - fostering independence, community connection, and economic growth.
Essential Responsibilities
Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations
Ensure that operations during each shift follow rigorous safety guidelines
Follow daily protocols and track site performance metrics to systematically improve outcomes
Address technical problems and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolutions
Train and help develop autonomous vehicle operators by conducting team huddles and coaching through video review or ride-alongs
Monitor health of vehicles at all times using company tools for observation
Log real time feedback regarding autonomy performance to be sent to engineers
Maintain accurate records of vehicle operations and performance
Investigate and complete accident reports, incident escalations, and customer complaints
