Under the guidance of the Director, supervises activities of technologists/students working and/or rotating through the department including their discipline and performance while in that area. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities include:
Meet daily in-person with warm leads to sell termite solutions
Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
Answer questions and provide clear, concise information
Work to achieve monthly or quarterly sales KPI's, metrics and goals.

Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed
Ensure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installation
Use the diagram to explain the installation process and benefits to the customer

Qualifications:
1+ years of successful, prior Termite sales experience
Active Termite Inspector license in the state of Arizona preferred
A US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required
A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams

How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.

· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
