About the Property We are currently hiring for several affordable properties, all of which have been built within the last few years. Responsibilities Oversees financial and operational management of the property, including managing team members, daily activities, and resources of the property. Creates and maintains an environment that achieves high-quality customer service with residents and external partners. Proactively builds and maintains strong, professional relationships with residents and vendors. Responds promptly to concerns, questions and requests in a timely manner and takes appropriate action to resolve and address issues quickly. Ensures occupancy targets and rent collections are achieved through leasing and resident retention. Ensures the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
