The rank and file employees are great. These people know what they are doing.

Cons of working at Sain Engineering Associates

The management is a joke. One Narcissistic manager treats degreed engineers like trash. He is clueless, but so is the rest of management. Poor choices abound. CEO is a prima Donna who knows little but acts like she is a genius. Such a marked decline from the Steve Sain glory days.

Absolutely nothing is redeeming here. Don't even think about working here.

Fire the management team and restaff. Better yet, bring Steve out of retirement to "right" the ship. Steve was / is amazing.
