He formed Coral Gate Medical Group, a medical practice in Broward County, Florida, in January 2002 and has operated as its Managing Partner since inception. From 2002 to 2005, Coral Gate’s revenues increased from $350,000 to $3.5 million. From February 2000 through January 2002, Dr. Moskow served as Executive Vice President of Cybear, an information technology company serving the health care industry formed by Andrx Corp. He served as a Director of Cybear from June 1999 to 2002. From September 1996 to January 2000, Dr. Moskow was Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning for Phymatrix, a publicly-traded multi-specialty medical provider network. In addition, during this period and then through March 2002, he served as a Director of Phymatrix and its successor, Innovative Clinical Solutions, Ltd. (''ICSL''). From 1989 to 1997, Dr. Moskow served as an Internist and President of Family Medical Associates in Ridgefield, Connecticut. During part of this same period, from October 1995 to October 1996, Dr. Moskow served as Executive Vice President of Physician's Choice Management, LLC (''PCM''), which he co-founded. In addition, from 1988 to 1992, Dr. Moskow served as Associate Medical Director in Connecticut for U.S. Healthcare. Dr. Moskow is board certified in internal medicine. He received his B.S. degree from Vassar College in 1980 and his M.D. degree from New York Medical College in 1984.
