Job Description
The Operational Program Director (OPD) will be responsible for leadership and coordination of the overall programs which work with persons with ID, DD, Mental Health Diagnosis, medical needs and/or persons on the Autism Spectrum. This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.
Hours:
Full-time organizational position (may be part-time within any given home). The OPD's schedule must be flexible to accommodate various program, individual, and staff needs.
The OPD is on-call at all times; unless prior arrangements have been made for someone of comparable authority to receive emergency calls.
OPD's are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their programs are filled by staff who have met Dungarvin conditions of employment and have been adequately oriented and trained to perform their jobs. Occasionally, OPD's will find it necessary to work direct service shifts, but such work should normally not exceed 16 hours per week. If an OPD finds it is necessary to work more than 16 hours of direct service in any work week, he/she must notify his/her supervisor in advance, in accordance with Dungarvin Policy A-02: WAGE AND SALARY DETERMINATION. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and considerable knowledge of the operations/culture of the military, Veteran advocacy, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements
This work requires the occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds of force; work regularly requires speaking or hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel and repetitive motions, frequently requires sitting and occasionally requires standing, walking, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms, pushing or pulling and lifting; work has standard vision requirements; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and conveying detailed or important instructions to others accurately, loudly or quickly; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; work requires preparing and analyzing written or computer data, operating machines, operating motor vehicles or equipment and observing general surroundings and activities; work occasionally requires exposure to outdoor weather conditions; work is generally in a moderately noisy location (e.g. business office, light traffic).
Special Requirements
Prior to hire, must be a Veteran as defined by Minnesota State Statutes, Section 197.447.
Valid driver's license in the State of Minnesota.
Within one year of hire, accredited through the National Veterans Service Officer Association and other national service organizations.
Ability to maintain certifications and accreditations through ongoing education.

The incumbent may encounter not public data in the course of these duties. Any access to not public data should be strictly limited to accessing the data that are necessary to fulfill the employment responsibility. Salary:
Salary Range: $36.60 - $51.74 per hour.

The compensation rate for this position is $12.00 per hour plus bonus potential. This rate is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities.
Responsibilities & Duties
Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
Participate and assist with the execution of marketing efforts on campus and in the community, customer appreciation events, and other special events.
Respond to leasing inquiries from prospects by making appointments, conducting tours, maintaining show units, and completing follow-ups with the potential resident.
Assist with annual unit turnover and help execute move-in/move-out procedures.
Complete administrative and Front Desk tasks and duties.
Ensure accurate file documentation and assist in the collection of required fees in accordance with company policy.
Seek feedback from residents and communicate them with the team.
Respond to after-hour emergency issues as needed.
Perform other duties as directed by Property Manager.
Requirements
Prefer for our Community Assistants to live onsite and be currently enrolled at the university.
Demonstrated ability to work in a growing, fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Possess strong administrative, organization, and communication skills.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Be a self-motivated individual and excel at working in a team environment.
