These trainings and travel opportunities are a requirement for program completion and full participation should be given, except for extenuating circumstances. EOS Associate Territory Manager will support CertainTeed businesses in building strong relationships and portfolios of loyal customers through the development of new and existing customers. They will proactively promote CertainTeed products, systems, and programs. They will gain a knowledge base of all CertainTeed products, systems, programs, and promotions used to sell and promote the brand to potential customers throughout the U.S. Representatives will also be expected to collaborate with the managers and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are constantly being met. **Development Program Completion** Upon the successful completion of the program, the EOS Associate Territory Manager will work with HR, the Sales Training Manager, and Sales Leadership to explore available opportunities within one of our 12 sales regions in the U.S. for a Territory Manager role, or other roles within Saint-Gobain. Coordinate rush orders with Corporate customer service, planners, and warehouse personnel. Resolve transportation issues with carriers and Corporate transportation department. Bill orders daily upon shipment verification from the warehouse. Process shipping documents by keeping detailed records and utilizing the filing system effectively. Prioritize orders for picking. Run and publish appropriate reports as necessary Active participation in process improvement teams and continuous improvement efforts. Working with the Old Fort Facility and sister facilities on inbounds using Fourkites and other means of communication. To work as a Team with all functions of the Distribution Center. Other projects and duties as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required PREFERED EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree or vocational certificate preferred. 1-3 years proven experience in a high-volume distribution environment preferred. ROLE SUMMARY: The EHS Specialist supports the organization for all site safety and health activities, coordinates and oversees execution of all safety and health programs and ensures the site is operating within all required regulations and company standards.     Responsibilities The Engineering Leadership Development Program accelerates professional development by placing participants in multiple engineering related roles during a two-year rotational program working with different Avient manufacturing sites. Individuals get hands-on experience by going through two or more rotations (depending on function and/or geographic) gaining key technical, change management, and leadership competencies. Each of these assignments will support a wide range of projects and activities focused on adding real value for the business and driving improvement in the critical manufacturing processes of Avient. The program will place the individual in different facets of manufacturing operations including process, project, reliability and/or quality engineering. Individuals will participate in Lean Six Sigma Training and achieve certification. During each phase of assignment, Engineering Associates will establish relationships with site associates, peers and leaders. They will also learn fundamentals and be provided mentoring from both program and business level leadership. Upon completion of the program, individuals are placed in a full time role within Avient that best suits their personal and professional goals and matches the business needs.Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 1+ years of experience preferred (can include prior co-op or internship experience).     The External Reporting Manager is a key role that will drive the development and analysis of data used in the global consolidation of external reports. This includes the preparation and filing of required SEC reports, developing white papers that support technical accounting positions taken by the company, interfacing with external auditors, and overseeing government report submissions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Manages, in partnership with the Assistant Corporate Controller, preparation of all SEC filing, including footnote preparation, reconciliation of support documents to the filed documents, formatting of the filings both internally and through 3rd party services, and all other related activities * Interfaces directly with the external auditors during their quarterly reviews or annual audits to reconcile and support information included in external filings or requests from the auditors * Provide technical assistance on complex accounting issues, including, but not limited to, revenue recognition, disclosure matters, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. * Executes the collection of management rep letters and commitments and contingency letters from business and corporate personnel at quarter and year-ends. Raises and assists with resolution of identified issues on this report at all levels within the corporate control function * Ensures activities are planned in a timely manner to achieve an accurate filing processing. Performs quality control check on all SEC and external filings, including acquisition and disposition related filings * Assists with reporting and conclusions related to accounting requirements associated with business combinations and discontinued operations * Coaches and develops direct reports. * Other projects/duties as assigned or needed. * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * CPA highly desirable * At least 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a large public accounting firm or in financial reporting, technical accounting, or a related field. * Experience working with or in a publicly traded company. * Strong experience working with U.S. GAAP. * Demonstrated experience overseeing financial operations in a multi-legal entity environment, preferably within manufacturing or multinational organizations. * Advanced written and verbal communication skills * Team player with proven ability to lead and manage projects Final compensation within this range may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
