This role is essential for supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects across various niche products for premium brands. The NPI team focuses on industrialization programs in a dynamic manufacturing environment, delivering high-quality products across various sectors, including Automotive, Marine, Rail, Aerospace, and Green Propulsion. The Role This position offers a hands-on opportunity to leverage process engineering experience. Responsibilities include overseeing equipment/industrial suppliers, quality assurance, and processes to ensure timely production starts for new products. Your main goal will be to support the delivery of industrialization projects for localized internal manufacturing programs. Responsibilities As an Industrialization Process Engineer, you will support processes and procedures associated with product assembly, from concept to series production. You will work as part of a team and independently on designated projects. Key objectives include: Designing, developing, and maintaining manufacturing processes for current and future programs. Developing, implementing, and operating manufacturing process documentation, including Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Build Processes, Process Control Plans, PFMEA, Risk Assessments, Safety Systems, and Launch Readiness.
