Responsibilities
* Responsible for regular assigned patrol duties either on foot, bike or motor vehicle.
* Responsible for the enforcement of vehicular traffic and parking regulations.
* Patrol buildings and ground as defined and assigned for the purpose of security, safety and order.

* Provide Traffic and crowd control duties at campus events.
* Attend all required department meetings and training sessions.
* Testify as required at judicial proceedings called by proper authorities including, but not limited to Sate, County and local court authorities, and College authorized investigations or hearings.
* Responsible for the accuracy and preparation of required departmental reports and records.
* Responsible for supervision of student officers.
* Maintain uniform and equipment as prescribed by departmental regulations.
* Perform other related duties.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
* Valid driver's license required. Ability to drive a college vehicle which includes the completion of college defensive driving program. A driver's license check will be conducted.
* Must pass criminal background investigation.
* General good health and capable of periods of prolonged physical activity including walking, running and standing.
* Ability to handle all types of situations with calm and authority and move from highly stressful situations to routine contact while maintaining outward calm and control.
* Willingness to become Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board/CPR Certified.

Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Pull electrical permits for all work performed by licensed CSB staff and serves as the primary point of contact for inspectors throughout the permitting and inspection process.
* Serve as a key steward of campus electrical safety by identifying hazards, applying best-practice safety procedures, and ensuring all electrical systems operate in compliance with NEC and NFPA standards.
* Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair, building electrical equipment and fixtures consistent with manufacturer's guidelines, design parameters, and accepted practices.
* Install interior and exterior electrical fixtures including but not limited to services, conduit, panels, motor starters, control panels, and other equipment and fixtures as required.
* Troubleshoot and repair all types of electrical, communication, life and fire safety systems.
* Maintain, make operational repairs, and perform preventative maintenance tasks for residential and commercial-type electrical equipment and fixtures.
* Operate and keep in good working order a variety of equipment including hand and power tools, mobile electronic devices, measuring/diagnostic/testing meters, and instruments.
* Read and interpret complex blueprints, schedules, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

JOB SUMMARY
The Dispatch and Operations Lead is responsible for the overall operation of the Hamline University Public Safety 24-hour Communications Center. This role includes monitoring and managing security communications systems and providing accurate information and assistance to the campus community.
In addition to overseeing Public Safety dispatch operations, the Dispatch and Operations Lead will manage the campus parking program and supervise the Anderson Student Center Welcome Desk. The Lead must demonstrate full proficiency in the department's computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system, alarm monitoring systems, CCTV network, and electronic access control systems.
This position also serves as a key liaison between the Department of Public Safety and various university departments, including but not limited to Facilities Services, Residential Life, and Conference and Event Management.

Duties may include but are not limited to:
Set up as needed for daily rehearsals and performances
Reserve rooms as needed for sectionals
Assist with audition process and preparations as requested
Assist with beginning of year robe fittings
Assist with attendance and maintaining ensemble roster
Assist with ensemble communication on behalf of conductor
Meet with conductor and/or Music Orgs staff for work direction and planning as needed
Ensure all choir equipment is properly stored, returned, and tracked between concerts
Set and maintain a positive tone and spirit towards all work of the choir; serve as a role model for the choir members
Assist with student leadership of ensemble as needed/directed by conductor
Maintain discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive or confidential material
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
Must be a member of a St. Olaf choral ensemble for the upcoming academic year
Preference given to students who have completed and plan to complete several music courses
Strong leadership skills demonstrated at all times, including positivity, flexibility, and problem solving, respect for singers, faculty, and staff
Knowledge of assigned choral repertoire and ensemble practices for the Viking Chorus
Knowledge of choral stage configurations
Knowledge of choral equipment and instruments
Knowledge of scheduling practices for Viking Chorus

Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
To assist Bon Appetit employees in the day to day operation.
Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
