Drives broker/agent/distributor/customer interactions and on-site calls related to account servicing matters with a planned and well-prepared purpose. Builds strong working relationships outside the team and with broker counterparts. Develops new team members and provides support and coaching to peers, based on quality results. Provides coaching and problem solving for complex transactions / issues while educating peers on the context behind the solution. Supports special projects as assigned. Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting or Market Facing area. AND Knowledge of the insurance industry and the legal and regulatory environment.
