Essential Functions:
* Cleans surfaces to be painted through the use of sandpaper burners, scrapers, brushes, sanding machines and dusters
* Mixes and matches paints to correspond with existing colors
* Applies paint to the exterior and interior of buildings, furniture, and structural steel using a brush, roller, or spray gun and erects and removes scaffolding as necessary
* Lines and paints gymnasium floors for a variety of physical education activities
* Performs incidental tasks such as lining yards and playgrounds, frosting glass, and calcimining walls and ceilings
