    Education at SLU

    Never Stop Learning

    As you've probably already guessed, SLU is pretty dedicated to providing education for everyone. In addition to providing the best of the best education for students, the university is dedicated to providing an education-focused work environment for employees as well with the Tuition Remission.

    Through this program, you can apply for and receive a full waiver of tuition for 18 hours per academic year. The only you're in charge of paying is a $25 per credit hour fee. This program is available for full-time faculty, staff and Emeritus faculty. Since the application process is entirely online, through Workday, you only have to apply once. Then once your application is approved, it will remain in place until you're no longer eligible for those benefits.
