We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to join our supportive environment where patients and staff are valued.
Seven-On/Seven-Off alternative staffing plan, Monday 8:00 am through the following Monday 7:59 am) and will be off work for the following seven consecutive days.
See patients and take call each of the seven days you are on but will control your schedule to balance professional and personal needs.
Enjoy 26 weeks of time off per year with the opportunity to pick up extra visits if you desire.
Coverage area for this position will be KC Metro area
Ability to work one on one with patients
Work autonomously as a RN
Performs nursing assessments in the patients' home
Utilizes full scope of nursing skills, including wound and ostomy care, PICC line care, chronic care education and medication reviews
Coordinates patients' care - consulting other disciplines of the health care team
Individualizes patient care plans and adjusting or modifying the nursing plan of care as appropriate
Collaborates with the medical staff and the other disciplines to provide and enhance patient care
Missouri and Kansas RN License Required
